Hello Jeff,

I am so sorry you emailed me before I got to you! Yesterday was a crazy day processing open enrollment benefits.

Bill was unable to make it but Jorge did a wonderful job running the casino event. Everyone commented on how great the dealers were at explaining the games and making it fun for all. Everyone felt like a winner and that's what it's all about.

I wanted to let you know that our holiday party was a huge success. Our employees & their guests all had a great time & really enjoyed having the games to play. All of the dealers were great about telling people how to play the games if they didn't know. They also made the games a lot of fun for everyone playing. We're already talking about doing the same thing next year...though I can't book anything yet.

It was a lot of fun! The slots were a waste as our highly competitive team was only interested in games where you could "win". The dealers were great - people really got into the roulette and especially the blackjack (seems like we had a few card sharps in our crowd!).

Hi Jeff

Pardon the delay in recognizing what a wonderful professional service your company provided in celebration of my mother's 65th Birthday Celebration. As promised the banquet hall was set up well before the start of the party. The Dealers were personable and interactive. I had the opportunity to converse with them before the night began and almost instantaneously a terrific rapport was established. The dealers engaged participants of every age. Including my little busybody cousin age 3 who insisted on deeming himself assistant dealer. The guys took it in stride and incorporated little Mr. Busybody and never missed a beat.

The party was not a surprise to my mother, however the casino theme was! I invited all of the guests to wear black and red and each table featured casinos from the east and west coast. The look on her face was PRICELE$$ to see the atmosphere of her favorite past time as a party just for her. To date family and friends are still raving about the best party of the year.

The DJ was thrilled about the theme and is toying with the idea of hosting casino themed parties as a fundraiser. He inquired if the casino theme was a part of the banquet hall package; I proudly responded as if I were a stock holder or receiving commission "No this is a professional contracted company by the name of Big Eastern Casino. They provide all types of custom packages to meet your needs. And the exceptional quality customer service is beyond compare" I gave him your website and contact information.

I have planned many parties but this by far was the best; largely due in part to the unique themed service you provide sealed with excellent customer service.

Thank you very much for an amazing event Friday night! Your team was wonderful! They were great! The poker tourney really helped us raise some additional money, because that alone generated $4100! The other tables were great entertainment for folks and helped us overall in raising a total of $56,000 for the school - a record! This is especially amazing when in the past we always held the event on school property and this year we spent more holding it at an event venue! Scott & Jeff,

Just wanted to let you know what an amazing job the entire crew did at our Holiday Party Friday night! Every one of our co-workers that attended raved about how much fun they had and how great the dealers were. I even had a co-worker that has been here for over 30 years tell me that it is was the BEST Holiday Party RCN has ever had!!!! All of the dealers instructed the players on the rules of the game and would "guide" them on what to bet or hit. But most importantly, they interacted with the guest to ensure a good time was had by all!
I will definitely be in contact for our next party and would recommend you to anyone!

We loved our Casino Night with Big Eastern!! We used them for our annual nursing home week and it was Vegas themed. From the time I first contacted them, I believe I dealt with Tim, I knew it was going to be great! He was very helpful in helping me decide what's best for our event.

I would definitely use them again and in fact may have them back for a staff casino night. The residents loved it. The dealers were excellent with the seniors and very patient. They explained how to play and helped them along the way. Yes, they were very knowledgeable and even taught my staff and myself more about the games.

The equipment was great. We had slot machines, 2 blackjack tables and a roulette table. It looked really cool in our dining room where we held the event. The dealers set up everything, very quickly and efficiently.

Scott was extremely helpful thoughout the entire process. I was apprehensive in the beginning about how the night would work. Scott explained how the casino night would work to me over the phone and it actually happened the exact same way as he described it. He was hands on and took control of the night and I didn't have to do a thing, much to my delight! I also learned how to play craps, which is also where I lost most of my chips. Overall a great night. I will use Big Eastern again next year.

They really do bring Vegas to New york. Very professional. Great service and top of the line equipment. Much cheaper than I would have expected it to be. This is a great way to throw a bachelor party, birthday party, work event, etc. Also it was hassle free, they were in and out before I knew it. Everyone had a blast. I highly recommend Big Eastern Casinos.
