The Sahara casino party package comes complete with 5 professional dealers, clay chips and 1 cherry wood, craps table and your choice of 3 tables from our blackjack, poker, roulette, money wheel and bacarrat tables.
(craps requires 2 dealers) Besides looking professional in a full black tuxedo each dealer has been professionally trained. Most have worked 5-10 years in the casino business dealing at major casinos. This creates a professional casino atmosphere for your casino event. If you do not know how to play any of our casino games our dealers will be happy to teach you.
Here's How a Casino Party Works: All packages are priced for a four hour party, if you would like a longer party that is also available for an additional fee. Our dealers will show up 45 minutes prior to the casino party start time. When your guests arrive the casino is completely set up and ready to deal. The dealing portion of the night will last 3½ hours with a 20 minute break for the dealers in the middle (you can avoid dealer breaks by adding one extra dealer). The last ½ hour is used for "cashing out" where your guests will exchange their chips for raffle tickets. Cashing out will be handled by our dealers at the tables. While it is not mandatory to have prizes for your casino we highly recommend it. A casino without prizes can be anti-climatic (always end on a high note). If you do choose to have a raffle we will provide a raffle drum and raffle tickets free of charge. You can choose to run the raffle yourself or our "pit boss" would be happy to do it for you.
Our Equipment: Our casino equipment that we use for everyone of our casino parties is casino grade. Our craps tables are made of a nice, deep toned, cherry wood with cherry wood legs. They are 12 feet long and are sure to be the center piece of any casino night.
Our case of 650 chips weighs a hefty 27 pounds! The chips are the piece of equipment the customer comes in most contact with so we have, like all our equipment, the best possible casino grade chips. Each chip is denoted with real money denominations going up to $10,000! $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $5,000 & $10,000.
Our "John Huxley" roulette wheel is a full 31 inch in diameter and weighs 350 pounds! Who else has roulette wheels this large besides the casinos! Our blackjack tables and poker tables are all brand new with fine felt tops, comfortable bumpers and cup holders.
